The DSourceJobs App

This Android Mobile App is a specially designed for our valued customers who consider us first for their job requirements. This app has current vacancies of our clients, each vacancy is numbered and now you can monitor status of each.

DSourceJobs App has the following features:

1.My Profile

Update your current career status - Qualification, Current Salary, Expected Salary, Skills & Role Category in which you want a job.

2. Matching Jobs

Here you shall get the jobs matching to your Role category you selected in the My Profile page

3. Applied Jobs

Here you can view the jobs and the current status of your application.

Its so annoying to apply for interview / attend interview and keep waiting for the feedback. We usually assume that no feedback means rejection.

No more waiting now! We have the following for you on your each job application:

Application Status

Awaiting Review

If you apply for a job your status will be awaiting review and the recruiter will check your application and change the status to next status.

Reviewed / Phone Screened

The recruiter will review your profile / call you and check your suitability for the profile applied and either shortlist / reject you

Register for further process

Inorder to get a job interview call letter / appear for an interview you must register at DSource. You may register by paying cash/NEFT/paytm

Invited to DSource

If the recruiter wants to take a face to face interview to ensure you are the best fit, you will be invited to DSource

Interviewed at DSource

The recruiter shall conduct your Face to Face interview when you visit our office and give her remarks which you can view in Application Status

ICL Issued

Recruiter will issue you the ICL - Interview Call Letter stating the interview schedule & job details. You are supposed to attend interview accordingly

Interviewed by client

The client will share his feedback about your interview and same shall be updated here

Selected by client

Best thing to happen!! After interview if you are selected by client, this is the status you shall see in Application Status, inform your acceptance to you recruiter asap by email.

Hired

This is your application status when you join the Organization

Vacancy put on hold

Sometime client puts the position on hold due to his/her Business Requirement. Hence we would not want to keep waiting for their feedback

Vacancy closed by client

No need to keep waiting for clients feedback, if you have this as your application status it means some other candidate has joined the company / the position is filled.

Viewed Jobs

History of jobs you viewed shall be stored here

How to search & apply for Jobs:

1. Search jobs by Qualification / Role / Browse jobs.

2. View the job by clicking on the job in the search result

3. Read the job details & click on I AM INTERESTED

4. Answer the questions & click on apply jobs

5. You may view your Application Status in Applied Jobs
